Hi, Im Luqa. I’m a session guitarist and bassist with a growing range of experience across both live and studio work. After school, I left my small town and moved to Brighton to study at WaterBear The College of Music to learn and gain more experience. Since then, I have played in multiple bands across different genres and refined my skills on stage and in the studio. At age 19, I had the opportunity to go on a UK tour, which gave me a real insight into performing consistently and adapting to different environments night after night. I’ve also spent time recording in professional studios, where I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to work collaboratively with artists and producers. I aim to bring a reliable, easy-going approach to every project, always focusing on serving the music and supporting the artist’s vision.
